PLEASE NOTE : In the current real estate market environment plus with the huge number of various courses appraisers need to take has caused many schools to have to cancel appraisal courses because of lack of students. Cooke Real Estate School makes a strong effort to provide the course even with just a very few students.

If you are interested in taking a course, please register early because sometimes students try to register at the last minute only to find the course has been canceled. If the student had registered earlier, the school might have provided the course. So please register early if at all possible. If the school cancels the course, the school will refund 100% of the tuition fee paid.
